Champion College Services, Inc. Lends a Helping Hand to Students as the Event Sponsor of 2013 IAF Concert
Washington, DC (February 7, 2013) – Students attending career colleges often receive less federal and state grants than students attending other postsecondary institutions. The Imagine America Foundation’s (IAF) mission is to offer scholarships and grants to this underserved, but extremely deserving, student population. Champion College Services, Inc., as event sponsor of the 2013 IAF Concert, helps IAF assist more students in reaching their educational goals.
The Imagine America Foundation is the career sector’s largest provider of scholarship funds, giving more than $75 million in scholarships and awards since the organization’s inception. Each year, IAF works with 900 career schools to provide scholarships that help students achieve their dreams. Over 23,000 students received tuition assistance last year. However, IAF is more than scholarships. Since March 2011, 30,000 applicants have completed the IAF Financial Planning Made Simple (FPMS) Tool. Through FPMS, 49% of survey respondents said they decide to borrow less money for school.

The 2013 IAF Concert will take place during the Annual APSCU Convention & Exposition in Orlando, FL.
