immixGroup Announces Noel N. Samuel as New Chief Financial Officer
New CFO Selected to Lead Strategic Corporate Initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions
immixGroup, Inc., which helps technology companies do business with the government, today announced the appointment of Noel N. Samuel as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Samuel brings more than 20 years of broad business experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic and emerging business planning, and consulting. With nearly ten years of his career focused on helping companies in the public sector IT industry, he has a strong understanding of the market. As the Senior Vice President of Finance at Perot Systems Government Services, he was listed on ExecutiveBiz’s Ten CFOs to Watch.

Mr. Samuel served most recently as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Spear Incorporated, where he defined and established the financial, accounting, HR, contract, procurement, and IT functions of a new business. Before Spear Incorporated, Mr. Samuel was the CFO of Dell’s $1B+ public services business unit. He was instrumental in leading a smooth integration of Perot Systems Government Services (PSGS) by Dell and identifying acquisition areas of risk and compliance of a government contractor by a commercial parent. He also served as the CFO, a member of the executive team, and a corporate officer of PSGS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perot Systems Corporation.
Noel Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University.
