BPA Follows New Procurement Strategy to Compete Software Purchases at the Functional Requirement LevelMcLean, VA – November 1, 2011 – immixGroup, Inc . announced today it has been awarded an Enterprise Software Solution (ESS) Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for McAfee  software licenses and incidental services. The DHS issued a solicitation for software product lines to satisfy a series of functional requirements in three software capability areas (Application
