Impero announces improved EBITDA guidance for 2023 and reports preliminary ARR

Impero adjusts EBITDA guidance for 2023
In connection with preparation of the end-of-year financial statements, we have concluded that an adjustment is required of EBITDA guidance for 2023.
The guidance provided in Company Announcement no. 03-2023 released on 14 March 2023 forecasted an EBITDA of negative 13-11M DKK for the year 2023.
We are now changing our EBITDA guidance for 2023 from negative DKK 13-11M to negative DKK 11-10M.
The changes we have encountered include:
- Other capacity costs and staff costs reached a lower level than anticipated.
- Recognized revenue is positively impacted by implementation fees.
Preliminary ARR result
The preliminary ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) amounts to DKK 30.4M as of 31 December 2023. This is in line with the ARR guidance of DKK 29-33M that we provided as part of our financial reporting in the Annual Report 2022 (Company Announcement no. 3-2023).
Annual Report release
