Just weeks after the introduction of the new tyre labelling regulations across Europe, Hangzhong Zhongce Rubber Company, China’ s largest tyre maker, has become the latest manufacturer to call on the support, expertise and resources of the Imported Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ITMA).
