Miller Homes is hosting a Help to Buy (Scotland)* weekend on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th events at selected developments across Scotland. 

Coupled with a reservation fee of just £99, buyers can take a look around and benefit from advice from the Miller Homes sales advisors on securing their dream new Miller Home.

*Selected plots are available with Help to Buy (Scotland)* which offers up to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price through an equity loan funded by the Scottish Government. The remaining 80% is made up through a 5% deposit contribution and a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society.

The 5% deposit is required by the lender. More may be required depending upon circumstances and your lender's criteria. Help to Buy (Scotland) is subject to eligibility and terms and conditions apply.

Help to Buy (Scotland) assistance is provided by the Scottish Government and is secured over your new home. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
