OSLO, 28 December 2017 - Induct AS has signed an agreement with Eidsberg municipality in Norway for using the Induct platform. Eidsberg is part of the new municipality of Indre Østfold.

«We have been working hard the last year towards the different muncipalities in Norway. Lately we have seen that our efforts have paid off. The Eidsberg contract is just a start», says CEO Alf Martin Johansen in Induct.

«I am very optimistic for 2018»

«We see a growing interest for Induct’s platform from many municipalities. There is no doubt that the municipalities will increase their efficiency by using the standard process methodologies in the Induct platform. I am very optimistic for 2018», Johansen continues.

Eidsberg’s goal is to improve the quality of how it reaches out to providers of cultural events in the municipality. This is the first step of a strategy to be more open and collaborative with all their citizens, partners and suppliers

«Eidsberg has already tested the system and documented synergies in the way they operate using the Induct platform and we are happy to see how fast we have delivered such synergy», says Johansen.

The Induct platform enables collaboration for idea generation, project and portfolio management. In addition, the Induct platform offers reports and overview which the municipalities appreciate.

«Collaboration and closer integration with citizens and private enterprises are strategic objectives for the municipalities in 2018 and the capabilities enabled by the Induct platform ensures a structured approach to manage such activities internally and externally», says Johansen.

Large potential

«We see a large potential for several municipalities, not only to share proven initiatives in a common portal, but also adopting Induct as the solution for ensuring local execution and implementation of projects and improvements, resulting in better and more efficient services to the people living in the municipalities», Johansen continues.

During the first months of 2018 Induct will test a new mobile APP for customers and citizens. It will be integrated to the company’s backend process platform for easy management of ideas and projects.

«This will increase further the opportunities for our customers to be flexible in how they integrate with their customers and how they quickly can act on the ideas provided for increased value both internally and externally», says Johansen.

This is a contract in the vertical Municipalities, which is one of the five verticals Induct focuses on (Health, Municipalities/cities, Enterprises, Education and Humanitarian sector).
