CEO purchase shares in Induct AS

Alf Martin Johansen, CEO of Induct AS, has purchased 14,144 shares in Induct at an average price of NOK 6.6354 per share, through NPP Capital AS, a company owned 100% by Alf Martin Johansen.  

After the transaction NPP Capital AS holds 956,522 shares in Induct AS.
