Five new hospital contracts signed – Induct’s healthcare position is further strengthened
Induct AS has signed five healthcare organisations in Norway’s Central Region (“Helse Midt”). The five contracts include Helse Midt RHF, St. Olavs Hospital, Møre og Romsdal sykehus, Nord-Trøndelag sykehus, Sykehusapotekene Midt.
Helse Midt is the second region out of four in Norway who implement Induct to better capture and process ideas and improvements from employees, patients, relatives and other stakeholders. Norway’s Western Region (Helse Vest) implemented Induct during the autumn of 2015. Induct won the national framework agreement in Norway for Innovation management software within healthcare in 2015. In addition to Helse Vest and Helse Midt, Ahus and Oslo University Hospital are users of the company’s services in Norway.
These hospitals have already received and implemented a wide range improvement ideas that have documented impact on cost reductions, more efficient operations and increased patient satisfaction. By connecting these hospitals solutions in a network, they can also find and adopt the best solutions that other hospitals in the network have implemented to solve similar challenges.
“This is an important addition for Induct in delivering on our strategy; connecting all Norwegian hospitals and healthcare organisations in a network on our software platform in order to collaborate, drive improvements and share best practices,” says Induct’s CEO Alf Martin Johansen.
Induct has also broad international presence and has global ambitions. In October, we signed agreements with eight hospitals in Catalonia and with a large health care organization in the US (BJC HealthCare). In the UK, e.g. Surrey and Sussex Healthcare has implemented Induct’s software platform.
