The Interim report for Q3 2019 for Induct has been approved by the Board of Directors.

 

Highlights

  • Q4 2019 positive EBITDA of NOK 2.8 million compared to minus NOK 1.9 million in Q4 2018.
  • Q4 2019 revenue of NOK 4.0 million, down from NOK 5.3 million in Q4 2018 due to less consulting revenue.
  • Operating cost of NOK 4.2 million in Q4 2019, down from NOK 7.2 million in Q4 2018.
  • 5 new subscription contracts on Q4 2019.
  • Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) on a consolidated basis of NOK 12,2 million – up from NOK 10.9 million in Q4 2018.
  • Our platform has more than 147.000 registered named users, while 4.700 unique users have been active in Q4 2019.
