INDUCT – LAST DAY OF SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Induct AS ("Induct" or the "Company") dated 21 June 2019, regarding an underwritten rights issue with gross proceeds up to NOK 1.9 million (the "Rights Issue") directed towards Eligible Shareholders and the announcement on 4 July 2019 regarding start of the subscription period for the Rights Issue.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue ends today, 18 July 2019 at 16.30 hours (CET). Subscription rights that are not utilized within the end of the subscription period will lapse automatically and hold no value.
