Reference is made to minutes from Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Induct AS on Friday 15 June 2018 published earlier today. The AGM was held Friday 15 June at 4.00 PM, and not on Firday 15 May as the release says. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
