Reference is made to notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Induct AS announced 8 May 2018. The AGM was held Friday 15 May at 4.00 PM. Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
