Reference is made to notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Induct AS announced 21 June 2019. The AGM was held Friday 28 June at 3.00 PM. Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
