INDUCT - MINUTES FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 29 JUNE 2020

Reference is made to notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Induct AS announced 28 June 2020. The AGM was held Monday 29 June 2020 at 3.00 PM.

Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
