Reference is made to notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in Induct AS announced 27 April 2018.

The EGM was held Friday 4 May at 5.00 PM. Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
