OSLO, NORWAY – October 25, 2017 - Induct AS has signed a new contract with Oslo University Hospital (OUS), which covers the use of the module ‘Project Management’ at the Intervention Centre at OUS.

The Intervention Centre was established in 1996 as a national competence centre with the following objectives;

1.    Develop new procedures
2.    Develop new treatment strategies
3.    Compare new and existing strategies
4.    Optimise and develop advanced imaging techniques
5.    Study the social, economic, and organisational consequences of new procedures

Since OUS became an Induct client in 2010, three other modules of the Induct platform have been adopted at the hospital; ‘Innovation management’, ‘Procedure Management’ and recently ‘Lean management’.

Induct has during the last two years signed subscription contracts with 17 of the 30 Health Authorities in all four health regions in Norway. The numbers of subscription contracts is currently 23, which means that some Health Authorities subscribe to several modules to support different business processes.

"We are very glad to see the strong adoption of software in our home market Norway. We will use this experience to strengthen our position in much larger markets where we have a presence, such as Spain and the United Kingdom" said CEO Alf Martin Johansen of Induct.

This is a contract in the vertical Health, which is one of the five verticals Induct focuses on (Health, Municipalities/cities, Enterprises, Education and Humanitarian sector).
