Induct - Re-placing of Private Placement towards NPP Capital AS
Reference is made to stock exchange announcement by Induct on 2 April 2020 regarding Private Placement towards NPP Capital AS. The shares in the referred placement towards NPP Capital AS has been re-placed to current and new shareholders in Induct. 750,000 shares have been re-placed at a subscription price of NOK 4.00 per share. NPP Capital AS' total holding after the transaction: 1,791,838 shares.
The new shares under the Private Placement are expected to be registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on or about 10 July 2020.
