Induct - Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement by Induct AS ("Induct" or the "Company") on 29 November 2019 regarding completion of Private Placement of NOK 2 million by NPP Capital AS, a company 100% owned by Alf Martin Johansen, Induct's CEO. 

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 50,000 through issuance of 500,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. The Company's new share capital is thus NOK 1,141,003 divided by 11,410,030 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.

The new shares and warrants will be issued as soon as practically possible, and the new shares will thereafter become tradable on Merkur Market.
