Induct - Result of Preferential Rights Issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Induct AS ("Induct" or the "Company") on 28 June 2019 regarding completion of ordinary general meeting approving a Preferential Rights Issuee with gross proceeds of up to NOK 1.9 million through issuance of new shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share (the "Preferential Rights Issue"). The investors in the Preferential Rights Issue will also receive 1 warrant per share subscribed for and allocated in the Preferential Rights Issue.

The application period in the Preferential Rights Issue ended on 18 July 2019 at 16.30 CET. At the end of the application period, the Company had received applications of 380,000 shares amounting to a total of NOK 1.9 million in the Preferential Rights Issue.

The Company's board of directors (the "Board") has now approved the allocation of shares and warrants in the Preferential Rights Issue, which implies that the Company will issue 380,000 new shares and 380,000 new warrants related to the Preferential Rights Issue.
