Reference is made to the announcement from Induct AS (the "Company") on 18 July 2019 regarding result of Preferential Rights Issue.

NPP Capital AS, a company owned 100% by Alf Martin Johansen, CEO of Induct, subscribed for and was allocated 211,997 shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share in the Preferential Rights Issue. Total holding after the transaction: 1,361,838 shares and subscription rights to subscribe to 327,401 shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share. The subscription rights are exercisable between 1 and 15 February 2020.

Key Partners AS, a company controlled by Åge Muren, CFO & General Counsel of Induct, subscribed for and was allocated 20,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share in the Preferential Rights Issue. Total holding after the transaction: 252,125 shares and subscription rights to subscribe to 60,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share. The subscription rights are exercisable between 1 and 15 February 2020.

In addition Åge Muren holds 35,000 share options in Induct, which are fully vested, with an exercise price of NOK 20 per share, exercisable until 29 September 2020. Reference is made to the announcement by the Company on 30 September 2016 for further details.
