Easy2Connect AS, a company owned 100% by Thomas Christensen, Board Member of Induct, has acquired 70,000 shares in Induct AS at NOK 5 per share from NPP Capital AS.

“I am very pleased to become a shareholder in Induct, and I am looking for an interesting future with great opportunity and potential”, says Thomas Christensen.

Esy2Connect AS’s total holding after the transaction: 70,000 shares.

NPP Capital AS’s total holding after the transaction: 1,291,838 shares and subscription rights to subscribe to 327,401 shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share.
