INDUCT AS - MINUTES FROM ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING 24 JUNE 2016

The Annual Shareholder Meeting of Induct AS was held Friday 24 June at 4.00 PM at the Company's offices in Oslo, Norway.

Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.

The new Board Members who were elected at the Annual Shareholder Meeting will be introduced in a separate announcement.
