INDUCT AS - MINUTES FROM ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING 27 JUNE 2017

The Annual Shareholder Meeting of Induct AS was held Tuesday 27 June at 5.00 PM at the Company's offices in Oslo, Norway.

Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.

The new Board Members who were elected at the Annual Shareholder Meeting will be introduced in a separate announcement.
