Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 3 February 2017 regarding final allocation of shares in completed private placement of NOK 15 million through the subscription of 698,142 new shares and 184,211 secondary shares. The share capital increase related to the 698,142 new shares in the private placement has now been registered with The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital in Induct AS is NOK 819,146.30 split by 8,191,463 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
