Compulsory acquisition of shares in Perstorp Sydsvenska Kemi AB initiates compulsory acquisition of shares in Perstorp AB to acquire those shares in Perstorp not tendered under Sydsvenska Kemi's offer to shareholders in Perstorp. Sydsvenska Kemi owns 97.5% of the share capital of Perstorp representing 98.6% of the voting rights attached to all shares. Sydsvenska Kemi's offer may be accepted until 5.00 pm (CET) on Wednesday 4 July 2001 as previously announced.
