Industri Kapital acquires the tinting systems business from Tíkkurila CPS

Industri Kapital acquires the tinting systems business of Tikkurila CPS Industri Kapital has signed an agreement whereby the Industri Kapital 2000 Fund will acquire the tinting systems business of Tikkurila CPS Oy from Kemira Oyj. Kemira will retain a minority interest of approximately 30% in the business. Furthermore Finnish MB Funds and management will become minority investors in the new company. "Industri Kapital aims to support the envisaged growth of the tinting systems business. We are confident that the management team with its proven track record and clear vision will be able to strengthen the company's position in the future. Tikkurila CPS is the world's leading supplier of advanced tinting systems. The systems are sold on all continents and customers consist mainly of the paint industry.
