Industri Kapital extends the acceptance period for Perstorp The European Commission has now commenced its assessment of the proposed acquisition of Perstorp. The offer to Perstorp's shareholders and holders of convertible debentures is extended from May 24, 2000 up to and including Wednesday June 28, 2000. Industri Kapital and Perstorp Intressenter AB expect to receive a notification from the European Commission before the end of the extended acceptance period.
