Industri Kapital finalises the sale of Cramo The Industri Kapital 1994 fund has today finalised the sale of all shares in Addum Intressenter, the holding company for Cramo, to the Dutch company Geveke and a Dutch institutional investor. The competition authorities concerned have approved the transaction. Following numerous Addum divestitures, Cramo is the last remaining division within Addum. The acquisition was made by Industri Kapital in March 1996 from Securum. Cramo is one of the major players in the northern part of Europe in business-to-business rental of equipment. The company employs approximately 600 people. In 1999 Cramo reported a turnover of 1,3 billion SEK and a profit after financial items of 166 million SEK.
