Regulatory approvals received in Perstorp offer Sydsvenska Kemi AB has received all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities to complete the acquisition of Perstorp AB. Clearance from the European Commission has been given earlier. In addition, necessary approvals from other relevant authorities have now been received.
