Custos and Industrivärden recall proposal regarding recapitalization of Drott A recapitalization of Skanska´s subsidiary Drott before the distribution has, after discussions with Skanska and further analysis, proved not to be feasible without complications. A recapi-talization before the distribution could thus possibly influence Drott and its upcoming listing negatively. This would not be beneficial to the shareholders of Skanska. Accordingly, Custos and Industrivärden have today decided to recall the proposal regarding Drott´s capital structure.
