Fundament divest property in Karlstad Industrivärden's property company Fundament has divested it's hotel property in Karlstad to Pandox Hotellfastigheter AB. The hotel is managed by Scandic Hotels AB under the name of Scandic Hotel Winn Karlstad City. The hotel complex contains 199 rooms, as well as restaurant and conference facilities. The property has been owned by Fundament since 1987.
