Industrivärden: Disclosure Notice

DISCLOSURE NOTICE Industrivärden has called for the conversion of 5,000,000 Class A shares in Skanska to a corresponding number of Class B shares. The conversion reduces Industrivärden's share of votes in Skanska from 31.5% to 27.1%. Following the completed conversion, Industrivärden's holding in Skanska is shown in the table below: Holding Number Capital (%) Votes (%) Skanska A: 17,302,756 4,1 24,9 Skanska B: 15,000,000* 3,6 2,2 Skanska A and B: 32,302,756 7,7 27,1 *) Added to this are 1,000,000 Class B-shares, for which call options have been previously issued, and which in accordance with the Swedish Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange Committee's disclosure recommendation have reduced the share of votes from 31.6 percent to 31.5 percent.
