Industrivärden appoints new head of New Investments

Industrivärden appoints new head of New Investments Bengt Kjell has been named Executive Vice President of AB Industrivärden, in charge of new investment activities. Bengt Kjell (born 1954) is currently a business-development and management consultant at Navet Affärsutveckling AB, in which he is a part-owner. He is also a director on the boards of several Swedish corporations, serving as Chairman on two of these: Pandox AB and Kungsleden AB. Kjell will begin serving in his new position with Industrivärden in connection with the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2002, at the latest.
