Industrivärden remains as owner of Isaberg Rapid

Industrivärden remains as owner of Isaberg Rapid During the spring of 2004 Industrivärden evaluated a sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Isaberg Rapid. Since the submitted bids are below what Industrivärden considers to the company's long-term value, the decision has been made to break off the sales process. Isaberg Rapid is a global manufacturer of office and tool staplers. Products are sold in over 100 countries under the Rapid brand. Europe and North America are the most important markets.
