Industrivärden Sells 9.7 M Shares in PLM

Industrivärden Sells 9.7 M Shares in PLM Industrivärden has today, in accordance with its previously stated intention, entered into an agreement with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell under which 9,667,000 shares in PLM AB held by Industrivärden have been placed with international and Swedish institutional investors by way of a bookbuilding exercise following an international roadshow. The shares have been placed at a price of SEK 102 per share. Industrivärden will realise a capital gain in excess of SEK 500 million as a result of the placing. Following completion of the placing, Industrivärden will hold 10,000,000 shares in PLM, representing 23.0 percent of PLM's issued share capital and voting rights.
