PRESS RELEASE Industrivärden sells all shares in Drott for SEK 373 M Industrivärden has sold its entire holding in the real estate company Drott AB in a forward deal for SEK 373 M, which corresponds to SEK 95 per class A share and SEK 72 per class B share. The purchaser is Näckebro and the estimated ac- quisition date is September 21, 1998. Drott, which today is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska, will be distrib- uted to Skanska's shareholders and listed on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange on September 24, 1998. As a result of this forward deal with Näcke- bro, Industrivärden is divesting its entire ownership stake of 14.9 percent of the voting rights and 3.8 percent of the share capital in Drott.
