Industrivärden sells its entire holding in Lundbeck Industrivärden has sold its entire holding of 8,427,400 shares, corresponding to 3.6% of the votes, in the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck A/S. The sales price was SEK 2.4 bn, generating a capital gain of SEK 1.5 bn. Industrivärden has made continuous purchases of Lundbeck's stock since the company's introduction on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in June 1999. Major purchases were made in connection with the IPO and during March and April 2000.
