New President of Industrivärden named

PRESS RELEASE As previously announced, Clas Reuterskiöld, President and CEO of AB Indu- strivärden, will be leaving his position in connection with the company's An- nual General Meeting on May 3, 2001. Anders Nyrén (MBA), currently Executive Vice President, Finance, at Skanska AB, has been named as his successor. Nyrén (born 1954) has served previously with the companies OM, Securum and Nordbanken. He will begin working for Indu- strivärden during the first quarter of 2001 and will take over as President and CEO in connection with the Annual General Meeting.
