Press Release from Industrivärden's AGM 1999

Industrivärden's Listed Portfolio Above Index Industrivärden's Annual General Meeting is currently being held at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm, with Chairman of the Board Bo Rydin presiding. In his ad- dress to the Meeting, President Clas Reuterskiöld is reporting on, among other things, the development of the portfolio of listed stocks thus far in 1999. * The portfolio of listed stocks grew in value by 12 percent through April 19. The General Index rose by 11 percent during the same period. * Industrivärden's Class A stock rose by 18 percent through April 19, which was 7 percentage points better than the General Index. A communiqué from the Annual General Meeting and a manuscript of President Clas Reuterskiöld's address will be released immediately following the conclu- sion of the Meeting. The interim report for the period January-March will be released on May 4, 1999.
