Indutrade acquires Gelins-KGK AB

Indutrade today acquired all of the shares in Gelins-KGK AB, Sweden, with annual sales of SEK 110 million.

Gelins is a technology sales company that supplies a wide range of industrial components for Swedish industry, automotives and farm equipment. The company’s main products are high pressure cleaners, compressors and pneumatic tools.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
