Indutrade has on 7 May signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Swedish company Lamisa Teknik AB www.lamisa.se with annual sales of approximately SEK 23 million.

Lamisa is a technology focused niche company offering different types of seals to the Swedish industry. Since the start in 1995 the company is specialised in o-rings and manufacturing of machined seals for customers in industries such as hydraulics and pneumatics, food and pharmaceutical. With innovative and customised solutions, Lamisa offers a comprehensive range of high-quality products and bespoke service. Lamisa has 10 employees located in Vällingby and Jönköping, Sweden.

The closing takes place today and Lamisa will be included in Indutrade's Business Area Industrial Components. The acquisition of Lamisa complements and strengthens Indutrade's cluster of companies within the seal and gasket segment, which for examples includes the Swedish company G A Lindberg SealTech AB.

The acquisition is Indutrade’s seventh in 2021 and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
