Indutrade strengthens its position in medical technology

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in AMAB, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 35 million.

AMAB is one of the market’s leading suppliers of medical alert systems, monitoring systems and security systems to the healthcare sector.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
