Indutrade acquires Färber & Schmid AG in Switzerland
Indutrade has on 29 May signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Färber & Schmid AG (www.faerber-schmid.ch), with annual sales of approximately CHF 23 million. The agreement was signed after the market closed.Färber & Schmid is a company specializing in environmental-friendly chemicals for industrial waste water treatment and the surface treatment market. The products are based on environmentally friendly chemicals and most of them are mixed according to own recipes in the field of waste water treatment and special cleaning chemicals.
