Indutrade acquires Fire Proof BV – Dutch distributor of passive fire protection products
Indutrade has on 29 January signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Dutch company Fire Proof BV, www.fireproof.nl with annual sales of approximately EUR 7 million. The agreement was signed after the market closed.Fire Proof BV is a distributor specialised in the field of passive fire protection for buildings.
