Indutrade acquires the Dutch sensor manufacturer Leiderdorp Instruments

Indutrade has on 8 October signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Leiderdorp Instruments BV, with annual sales of approximately EUR 2.5 million. The agreement was signed after the market closed.Leiderdorp Instruments is a niche manufacturer of sensors for geotechnical measurement solutions on the Dutch market. The proprietary product range focuses mainly on the two product groups Groundwater level sensors and Infrastructure vibration sensors.
