Indutrade acquires Natgraph – leader in advanced drying technology
Indutrade has on 3 July signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the British company Natgraph Ltd (www.natgraph.co.uk), with annual sales of approximately GBP 10 million. The agreement was signed after the market closed.Natgraph designs and manufactures an extensive range of drying and curing systems for industrial print applications.
