New Deputy CEO for Indutrade

Kaj Österlund has been appointed as Deputy CEO of the technical company Indutrade. Kaj Österlund (born 1954) has been employed at Indutrade since 1990 and has headed the Finnish operations since 1995. Kaj Österlund took over as Deputy CEO on May 1, 2005. CEO Johnny Alvarsson comments: “We are very pleased that Kaj Österlund has agreed to take on the role of Indutrade’s Deputy CEO. He has a solid background in Finnish industry. We are now entering a difficult phase where we are carrying out a number of activities ahead of Industrivärden’s planned IPO of Indutrade in the second half of 2005.
