Correction Information Highway acquires Pyramid Communication Correction regarding todays press release. The day of taking possession is 11 January 2000. The purchase sum amounts to SEK 92 m. to be paid with 75,625 new shares in Information Highway and with the remaining amount in cash on 18 February 2000.
