Extra ordinary shareholders meeting resolved split 10:1 At an extra ordinary shareholders meeting today, the shareholders of Information Highway AB (publ) resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors proposal to split the company's share 10:1. Effective date of the split will be 28 January 2000. Last day for trading with non-splited shares will be 25 January 2000. - The split of our share will make the share even more attractive, and in particular for small savers that now will find it easier to purchase larger number of shares. Those resolutions that have been passed on the two extra ordinary shareholders meetings that have been held during January, opens up for an increased trade in our shares as well as a continued expansion and growth, says Göran Wågström, CEO. The shareholders of Information Highway AB (publ) resolved to carry out a rights issue of 1,063,385 shares, prior to the proposed split 10:1, at an extra ordinary shareholders meeting held on 10 January. The issue price was determined to SEK 650 per share prior to split 10:1, which due to the split now will be SEK 65 per share. The Board of Directors was authorized by the extra ordinary shareholders meeting on 10 January to issue 3,000,000 shares, prior to the split 10:1, in connection with acquisitions of companies and business operations.
